The phone line is for product questions in the same way the inbox is; nobody here can pull up an order, because orders never touch this site.
Anything with an order number attached — payment, delivery date, tracking, cancellation, return, refund, a claim for damage — goes to the retail partner you bought from, through their order page. They hold the order and the money; we hold neither, and forwarding your message would only add a day.
